Buntech Agro, part of the BUN Group based in Indaiatuba, São Paulo, has acquired 100% of CSI Group, which brings together four seed treatment companies. Two are Brazilian (Brazil Seed Tech and Coating Supply do Brasil), one is Chilean (Austral Seed Tech) and one is Argentine (Techno Seeds). Neither Buntech nor CSI disclosed the value of the transaction.
