Position Summary

NONGWOO SEED MEXICO is seeking an Administration & Operations Coordinator / Manager to support the establishment and operation of its new subsidiary in Querétaro.

The position will report to the Managing Director and work closely with the Sales & Marketing Head, NH NONGWOOBIO headquarters in Korea, and NONG WOO SEED AMERICA in USA.

The role will be responsible for coordinating the company's administration, budget and financial management, accounting, banking, import/logistics, inventory, and general office operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day administration and office operations.
  • Prepare and monitor annual and monthly budgets, Budget vs. Actual, operating expenses, and cash-flow forecasts.
  • Coordinate accounting, tax, payroll, invoices, payments, and financial documentation with the external accountant.
  • Handle banking activities, payments, transfers, and related documentation.
  • Coordinate import, customs, freight, and logistics documentation for vegetable seeds from Korea, the U.S., and other countries.
  • Work with customs brokers, logistics providers, banks, accountants, and other external service providers.
  • Coordinate regulatory and compliance matters with relevant authorities and professional advisors.
  • Manage and monitor inventory records, warehouse activities, and stock movements.
  • Support HR administration, employee documentation, and future recruitment.
  • Prepare operational, financial, and administrative reports for management and headquarters.
  • Work closely with NONG WOO SEED AMERICA on seed supply, shipping, logistics, and inventory coordination.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, International Business, Logistics, Agriculture, Agribusiness, or related field.
  • Relevant experience in administration, operations, finance, logistics, import/export, or similar functions.
  • Fluent Spanish required.
  • Business-level English required.
  • Strong organizational, communication, documentation, and follow-up skills.
  • Good working knowledge of Excel and general office systems.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple responsibilities in a newly established company. Preferred
  • Experience in the seed industry, agriculture, agribusiness, or agricultural inputs is strongly preferred.
  • Vegetable seed industry experience is a plus.
  • Experience in import/export, customs, logistics, inventory, budgeting, or accounting coordination.
  • Experience working with multinational or foreign-invested companies.
  • Familiarity with Mexican government or regulatory procedures is an advantage.

Position Level

Coordinator: Hands-on professional capable of independently managing day-to-day administrative and operational coordination.

Manager: More experienced professional capable of establishing management systems and eventually supervising accounting, inventory, logistics, and administrative staff.
