From 13th to 15th October, the Euroseeds Congress was held in Stockholm. It has allowed many players in the seed sector to interact with each other and to look to the future.

Euralis Semences participants  were able to meet important stakeholders in the seed business like seed companies, clients, industrial partners (Bayer, BASF…), associations (such as UFS, Sorghum ID) and also service providers.

Outside the plenary assemblies, the congress is also an opportunity to participate to the Section Meetings. On this occasion, the latest information were shared on specific technical issues as well as presentations on important horizontal policy subjects that are relevant for seed companies in Europe and worldwide.

For Oliver Becker, this congress allow him to “exchange with clients and distributors (german, austrian, swiss and english..) and with interlocutorsof the plant protection industry, progressing licence-out in corn, search for new innovations (e.g. biostimulants, new seed treatment offers), and also to work with associations such as FNPSMS, Sorghum ID, BDP (German Plant Breeders Association )”.

The next Euroseeds congress will take place in 2020!
