The CPVO calls for 20 Board of Appeal Members.
The successful candidates will be appointed by the Administrative Council.
They will not be employed by the CPVO but will - as per needed in appeal cases - be selected by the Chairman of the CPVO Board of Appeal.

Please note: Remuneration is on assignment. EU servants are not remunerated on the basis of an outside activity; when selected, they need to file a mission request with their EU employer.
You cannot apply if you are party to proceedings before the CPVO or procedural representative of parties to proceedings before the CPVO.
Individuals from all Member States are encouraged to apply.
Applications to be filed between 30 April 2020 to 31 May 2020 included.
Validity of the list: 5 years, starting on 23 February 2021.
Current Board of Appeal Members can request renewal but it is not automatically granted.
