Nufarm Limited announces that Ms Anne Brennan has advised her intention to not stand for re-election as a non-executive director at the 2020 Annual General Meeting of Nufarm.

Nufarm Chairman, Donald McGauchie, expressed his appreciation on behalf of the Board and executive team: “We thank Anne for her many years of service and the contribution she has made to further shareholders’ interests. She has provided valuable guidance and counsel and we wish her well in her future endeavours”.

Anne has been a Director of Nufarm since 2011 and has served on the Audit and Risk and Human Resources Committees to the Board.

Her final day on the Nufarm Board will be 3 December 2020.
