Rico has more than two decades of business leadership experience in the agricultural sector most recently as Chief Marketing Officer for UPL Limited where he was involved in defining the portfolio strategy, portfolio management as well as the identification, evaluation, and approval of projects.

Rico’s experience in the evaluation and development of a diverse and relevant portfolio provides the ideal platform for leading Nufarm’s future portfolio advancement.

He commenced his new role on April 5.
