In a step towards the integration of Certis Europe B.V. and Belchim Crop Protection N.V. to form Certis Belchim, previously announced on the 24th March, Certis Europe B.V. have now completed the legal process to change the company name to Certis Belchim B.V. effective from 23rd May.

The registered address of this legal entity remains the same: Stadsplateau 16, Post box 607, 3500 AP UTRECHT, The Netherlands. All legal information such as company registration number, VAT registrations, etc. remain unchanged.

The process of migration to the new company name in each operation will take place in a staged process and will follow the merger timing of the Certis Belchim country operations where relevant. However, the country operations in USA and Canada will continue to trade under the Belchim Crop Protection brand, and the trading names of Nordisk Alkali and Protex in Belgium and France will also remain unchanged.
