HM.Clause celebrates its MENA Field Days in Jordan, 20-21 July 2022

HM.CLAUSE celebrated its MENA Field Days in Amman, Jordan at its upland Research station on July 20th and 21st 2022. In this edition, HM.CLAUSE focused on species and varieties specifically dedicated to Middle East and North Africa (MENA) markets.
Showcase of a diversified vegetable portfolio in main crops
With this event split over 2 days in the field, HM.CLAUSE offered its partners a perfect environment to showcase the very best of HM.CLAUSE range, both reference products and the most promising new varieties.
On display this year we had over 140 varieties from a dozen different crops, with a focus on determinate tomatoes, cucumbers as well as melons, watermelons and peppers. A wide range of complementary crops that correspond to the diversity of our markets in the MENA region were also displayed.
MENA Field days is an incomparable platform for meetings and exchanges between our partners and sales, marketing and breeding teams from HM.CLAUSE. It allows fruitful discussions to understand better market needs as well as latest trends. This year the event welcomed more than 110 guests from around 18 different countries coming mainly from MENA region which is of great importance to HM.CLAUSE.
A cucumber conference organized for the first time aside the Field Days
HM.CLAUSE is developing a very competitive range of field and greenhouse cucumbers and aims to become the market leader in the MENA region. In order to illustrate this ambition and to provide our partners with all the information they need, a Cucumber Conference was organized aside MENA Fields Days, in Amman. A very rich information was delivered during this Conference including insights on the market, our breeding targets and development programs. The presentation ended with a question and answers session and a very rich debate.

Customers were full of praise for these Field days and the wide range of crops on display. The success of the event comes as confirmation of HM.CLAUSE’s ability to listen to its customers’ requirements and to provide the ideal response to local grower constraints.
