At CSGA, we always strive to deliver the highest level of service using the most efficient processes. Starting Monday, July 17, invoices will be sent out via our new invoicing system. Our new system better suits your needs and provides additional transparency and invoice details.
Your new-looking CSGA invoice will show your account balance, and credit card payments will now be automatically applied – versus waiting two to three days before the payment is registered.
Please note that your invoices will now come from the email address “quickbooks@notification.intuit.com” and not a “seedgrowers.ca” address. Please check your spam/junk folders and flag the email address as safe.
Everything else remains the same regarding your login and use of SeedCert as your go-to for a complete account overview. Additionally, your payment method options will not change – online via credit card in SeedCert or by cheque, payable to CSGA with your account number and/or invoice number indicated on the cheque. We invite you to refer to the Fee Schedule for a complete listing of CSGA fees.
While we are working diligently to ensure a seamless transition, we appreciate your patience and understanding during this upgrade process.
