Mexico
December 16, 2024
Again, we were attending the Expo Irapuato in Guanajuto, as we have done for the post 15 years.
What are we showcasing?
We have established open-field crops where lettuces play the biggest role since, we also have a hydroponic presence. Our high resistance to fusarium is one of the main topics addressed for local and regional lettuce growers. Other crops also shown are onions, white and red, spinach, dark and grey zucchini (Mexican type), our open-field blocky green peppers, and our hot pepper portfolio.
Greenhouse #19 has proved to be a great showcase for our protected crops, such as sweet blocky and mini conical peppers, our HREZ tomatoes in the beef, grape, plum, and cherry plum segments, and cucumbers in the Slicer, LET, and BAT segments.
High Resistance to ToBRFV
High Resistance to ToBRFV remains an important topic, which we highlighted with our rich assortment. We also ensured yields, flavor profiles, and other agronomic features were shown to growers, crop advisors, produce traders, and general attendees.
Cucumbers also received great attention since we have one of the strongest portfolios in the industry to supply all the growers' needs in the slicers, BAT, and LET segments, especially for organic growers.
Pepper
Sweet blocky and mini conicals played an important role in our greenhouse; we showed our best performance varieties for red, yellow, and orange, as well as our assortment of mini conicals with the highest yields and best shapes in the industry.
Thank you
We can only express our greatest gratitude to all staff and colleagues who made our presence possible at this important Expo and to the hundreds of growers, crop advisors, crop technicians, agro students, and the general audience that joined us. THANK YOU
