East-West Seed Cambodia recently hosted Trader Networking events in Battambang and Siem Reap, Cambodia, welcoming 70 traders for a day focused on connection, learning, and practical collaboration.
Traders play a crucial role in linking our seeds to farmers, and these events were a chance to strengthen those relationships.
Participants explored new product innovations and discussed how these seeds can support farmers with better yields and stronger crops. The sessions were lively, with plenty of questions, shared experiences, and even some laughter during the interactive Q&A. A lucky draw added extra excitement, giving the day a festive touch.
We also paused to remember our founder, Simon Groot, whose commitment to farmers continues to guide our work today. His legacy is reflected in every new variety we introduce and in the partnerships we build together.
