We are pleased to announce that Matt Fanta will be joining DLF as Executive Vice President for North America, effective October 21, 2025.
 

Matt brings a wealth of experience from the agricultural industry, with an impressive track record across the seed and nutrition sectors. Most recently, he served as President of Wilbur-Ellis Nutrition, where he led the full value chain with full P&L responsibility. Prior to that, he spent 20 years with Land O’Lakes, holding senior leadership roles including VP for Feed Marketing, VP for Asia/Pacific, and President of Forage Genetics International.
