From 1 October 2026, an adjusted procedure will apply to samples submitted to our laboratory without a complete or clear request. In that case, the customer will receive one request for additional information. If we do not receive that information within 10 working days, the sample will be removed from the process.
When is a request incomplete or unclear?
This concerns, for example, samples for which the submission form is missing or for which essential information is missing, such as the crop, the test, quantities or method. In that situation, the customer will receive one email requesting the missing information. The customer then has 10 working days to complete the request.
What happens if information is missing?
If we do not receive the missing information within 10 working days, the sample will be
removed from the process. In the case of plant material, we will destroy the sample. In the case of seed samples, the customer can collect the sample.
When does this procedure apply?
The adjusted procedure will apply from 1 October 2026 to samples we receive without a complete or clear request.
Wijziging werkwijze bij onvolledige of onduidelijke toetsopdrachten
Vanaf 1 oktober 2026 geldt een aangepaste werkwijze voor monsters die ons laboratorium zonder volledige of duidelijke opdracht krijgt aangeleverd. Klanten ontvangen in dat geval één verzoek om aanvullende informatie. Als we die informatie niet binnen 10 werkdagen krijgen, dan halen we het monster uit het proces.
Wanneer is een opdracht onvolledig of onduidelijk?
Het gaat bijvoorbeeld om monsters waarbij een formulier ontbreekt of waarop essentiële informatie ontbreekt, zoals gewas, toets, aantallen of methodiek. In die situatie ontvangt de klant één e-mail met het verzoek om de ontbrekende informatie aan te leveren. De klant heeft vervolgens 10 werkdagen de tijd om de opdracht aan te vullen.
Wat gebeurt er als informatie ontbreekt?
Als we de ontbrekende informatie niet binnen 10 werkdagen ontvangen, halen we het monster uit het proces. Bij plantmateriaal vernietigen we het monster. Bij zaden kan de klant het monster ophalen.
Vanaf wanneer geldt deze werkwijze?
De aangepaste werkwijze geldt vanaf 1 oktober 2026 voor monsters die we zonder volledige of duidelijke opdracht binnenkrijgen.
