This two-day event brings together growers, breeders, researchers, traders, and other supply chain partners to discuss the future of the brassica industry. Brassica2Days was established to bring together the international brassica community. Over the course of two days, the focus is on the past, present, and future, offering ample opportunity to share knowledge, gain new insights, and strengthen networks within the sector.
The Brassica Congress takes place on Monday, November 23. During this interactive event, current topics such as market trends, market positioning, and developments within the sector will be discussed. The venue is the historic Broekerveiling in Broek op Langedijk—a location closely linked to the history of Dutch vegetable growing and thus a fitting setting for discussions on the sector's future. Attendance is exclusive to growers and event sponsors. The second day, November 24, focuses on innovation. During the Brassica Innovation Tour, visitors get a glimpse of the latest developments in the sector. Innovations in robotics, digitalization, and smart cultivation techniques are demonstrated in practice. The tour brings together the entire supply chain, from growers and breeders to traders and suppliers.
