  • The Application seeks approval for food derived from glyphosate tolerant, high oleic acid soybean line MON87705, a genetically modified (GM) variety.
  • Soybean MON87705 was developed for cultivation in soybean growing regions overseas, and once commercialised, could enter the food supply of Australia and New Zealand through imported food products.
