The Context Network has advanced two of the organization’s Senior Associates to serve as Partners

The Context Network has advanced two of the organization’s Senior Associates to serve as Partners with the firm. Nathan Ramsey and Dr. James Mann begin their new responsibilities immediately.

Context Founding Partner, Tray Thomas said, “Each of these executives is an exceptional strategist and leader in agribusiness consulting. They continue to provide our clients and our company with both leadership and vision. It takes a unique set of talents to imagine, design and deploy strategies that advance companies’ initiatives and goals. Both Nathan and James continue to make significant contributions to our clients, our company and our industry.”

Nathan Ramsey joined The Context Network in 2009 as a Senior Associate. Prior to that he served as Director of Business Development for ArborGen, LLC where he led numerous innovative efforts in the business of biotechnology. Ramsey holds an MBA from Krannert Graduate School of Management, Purdue University, a M.S. in plant pathology from Washington State University and a Bachelor of Science degree in agricultural and biological engineering from Cornell University.

Dr. James Mann joined Context in 2009. Prior to that, Dr. Mann served in leadership roles with ArborGen from 2001-2009 and as a business development director for Monsanto. He holds an MBA from University of Missouri, Ph.D. and M.S. degrees from Clemson University and a B.S. from Shorter College.

Ramsey and Mann join fellow partners, Mark Nelson, Mark Holland, Blake Sieker, Mike Borel and Tray Thomas in leading the growing agribusiness consulting firm. Thomas concluded, “Over the course of the past 20 years, Context has continued to grow to provide consulting acuity to each client and every consulting initiative. Nathan and James will fortify the future of our organization and our ability to continue to serve and lead in the industry.”
