The business of Seed Solutions has changed in many ways in the past as it has continued to evolve in order to keep up with the ever developing and changing aspects of the agricultural industry.
Primarily a toll coating operation in recent years, Seed Solutions has continued to develop its business by becoming a supplier of quality seed coating materials as well as a seed testing facility, while maintaining the highest standard of seed applied enhancements.
In continuing to develop our business, Seed Solutions has recently acquired the crop protection division from its sister company, agVantage. This will be officially handed over on September 1st, 2012. This acquisition will ensure a broader commitment to the agricultural industry in a way that will complement both entities of the new business.
To coincide with the handover date of the new acquisition, from September 1st, 2012, Seed Solutions will officially trade as Agritec Pty. Ltd.
Agritec Pty. Ltd. will stand alongside the other companies within the iPECO Group, being Rhino Research, a seed technology company based in Thailand, and our newly formed joint venture Aginnovation, a seed coating materials supplier based in the USA.
While there will be a new identity within the agricultural sector, our principles will remain the same but our product range will expand. You can expect the same service on which we have built our reputation in the industry and dedication to quality that you have come to expect from us over the years. Of course, now you can also expect new additions to our product lines.
