The Context Network has announced that Robert Weaver has joined the firm and will serve as Vice President of Operations.

Weaver has had a career focused on management consulting leadership. He served in leadership roles including Associate Director/Director of Management Consulting, and most recently as Practice Director of Solution Design at Adayana in Indianapolis, Indiana. There he led teams of consultants in delivering business and market-facing strategy engagements, and in creating the designs/approaches for Management Consulting projects. He has a broad range of experience in agricultural management consulting having worked as an analyst, project manager, consultant, business manager and manager of others. He was instrumental in assisting Adayana in the growth of their practice.

Weaver said, “I look forward to working with this exceptional team. Weaver comes to Context at a time of rapid growth for the company. A resident of Zionsville, Indiana, Weaver holds a Master of Science degree in Agricultural Economics from Cornell University, and a Bachelor of Science degree in Agricultural Economics from Purdue University.
