Exosect announces new Chief Technology OfficerExosect, a leading provider of enabling technologies today announced the appointment of Dr. Aoife Dillon as Chief Technology Officer. Aoife joins Exosect from BASF where she was Technical Specialist for Bio-insecticides.

Aoife gained her PhD in Integrated Pest Management at the National University of Ireland and brings with her over fifteen-years of experience in bio-insecticide development and delivery of IPM strategies. She will lead the Technology Development team, overseeing all development programmes for Exosect’s licensing partners.

Entostat is a non-hygroscopic electrostatic micro-powder that can be produced in a range of sizes and shapes. It can be formulated into microencapsulate synthetic active ingredients offering controlled release and to support biological active ingredients on its surface by electrostatic attraction.

Entostat readily gains an electrostatic charge, consequently it adheres to a range of surfaces including, grains and seeds, insects & animals, and building fabric.
It can deliver active ingredients at a reduced application rates with equivalent or improved efficacy.
