USA - Call for nominations: Biotechnology products and the biotechnology regulatory system

Announcing a new study on future biotech products and opportunities to enhance capabilities of the biotech regulatory system

Followers of the study Genetically Engineered Crops: Past Experience and Future Prospects may be interested in a new study being launched by the National Academies of Sciences, Engineering, and Medicine. The Academies is seeking nominations for members for a study committee aimed at Modernizing the Regulatory System for Biotechnology Products. This study is part of a White House initiative and is sponsored by the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency, Food and Drug Administration, and Department of Agriculture. Additional details, including the charge to the committee, can be found on the nomination page.
